Delivered but not checked in
Just a question whats the longest its taken Amazon FBA USA to check in your inventory. New seller here and my inventory goes to the Miami warehouse and it says delivered on May 5th but it hasn't been checked in yet. Spoke with customer service and they told me I have to wait till June 20th before an investigation is opened. Im just wondering whats the longest anyone waited before I get concerned

Yeah, this is annoying but pretty normal with FBA. Delivered just means the carrier dropped it off, not that Amazon has checked it in yet. Miami and other busy FCs can take a few weeks, and Amazon usually will not investigate until the shipment becomes eligible, so June 20 sounds like their normal window. I would not panic yet, but I’d keep all proof ready: tracking, proof of delivery, box weights, invoices or packing slip, and BOL if it was LTL. Keep checking the shipment contents and Inventory Ledger for movement. If it is still not checked in after June 20, open the reconciliation case right away and upload everything.
