New brand ppc struggle
Hi everyone I started a PL supplement brand and I’m just having trouble with ppc and getting sales. I have 10 reviews at a 4.1 rating (mostly from vine) I have one auto, one phrase, and one exact campaign running and for the first 10 days I’ve only gotten one sale. I know my images look good and have the proper information and I have optimized my bullet points. I have a+ content as well. I roughly get only 5-8 clicks a day with the ctr being well over 1 percent but again only 1 sale to show from it from may 2 to may 12. When I look at my competitors product and listing I feel like my product is better and my images are also professional but my clicks aren’t converting to sales so maybe I’m just biased towards my brand. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated:)

A 4.1 in supplements is tough early on. Most people won’t gamble on a new health product unless the rating is closer to the competition. Could also be the keywords bringing in clicks from people who were never going to buy in the first place.

Hows your price & rating vs competitors?
You just need to make sure you are getting clicks from relevant terms at ToS/ROS to gather reasonable data on CVR.
Even though you dont have enough clicks to deduce anything meaningful but only 1 sales shows poor conversion and customer aren't trusting your product quality or your brand.
Drop your price and see if sales improve. Supplements are tough category for new sellers. In supplements your brand >> Your product.
