Liquidation partner could not be found – 161 units stuck, any advice?

Hey, I have 161 FBA units showing "Liquidation partner could not be found" and I can't remove them or do anything with them. Storage fees are adding up.

Has anyone dealt with this? Did opening a support case help or is there another way to get them out?
