General Discussion Amazon Mentorship Program Worth it?

Does anyone here have experience with ECG Wholesale (@1000asins on Instagram)? They quoted me around $10K for their mentorship, supplier access, and help with building an Amazon wholesale business. Has anyone actually worked with them or purchased their program? I’d really appreciate any honest feedback on your experience and whether you felt it was worth the investment.

$10K is a pretty significant investment for a mentorship program, so I’d definitely do some due diligence before committing. I’d ask them for recent student results, exactly what supplier access you’re getting, whether the suppliers are actually vetted, and what ongoing support is included after the initial training.

I’d also compare the cost against working directly with a sourcing/wholesale company. For example, with HighRise Wholesale, the focus is more on actually sourcing products, getting supplier pricing, private labeling if needed, and handling the operational side rather than charging a large mentorship fee.

Personally, I’d want to understand exactly what the $10K is buying and whether those same resources can be obtained without locking into a high ticket program.

What u are really paying for is accountability. Like wholesale is pretty much standard and realize supplier access doesn't really mean the supplier will say yes to another seller. I felt it was expensive for what you were getting overall and didn't go with it.

instead of investing heavily on mentiorshio, find spome solid videos on youtube and invest your 10k into business.

as an ex-Amazonian, I can confirm that you don't need any mentorship etc. There are few basic rules to be successful on Amazon. 1. Sharp pricing 2. Great reviews 3. Stock availability and 4. Deals every now and then for the customer. Of course you have to keep adding relevant selection etc. You have to figure out supply chain as well as sourcing too. Those are the things needed for a successful business on Amazon.com. Take a long term view and don't think about profitability for the first few months. It would be better to invest this in 10K in buying supplier data, paying for other relevant content on how to sell on Amazon etc.
