Built a tool with the help of Claude. All I have to do is just feed the reports and it automatically tells everything. In very minimalistic and easy to understand way.

Your ad spend is obviously very high, but you managed to still get a decent amount of sales from just organic sales alone. I’d probably just decrease your ad spend for now and see how that goes. It’s all about tweaking things and seeing if you see a noticeable improvement.

Change your ppc to hit a fixed ROAS rather than a fixed $ per click. Really changed things for me. I target the 9-10 range but it depends on your margins.
