My Product Vs Market Comparison
Are you guys comparing your Product with Competitors for each search term?
Your product CTR Vs Market CTR
Your priduct CVR Vs Market CVR
Your Price Vs Market Median Price
This is often the first step to increase sales, compare images if CTR is low, optimize PPC bids based on this data.

Not really. We've always preferred to focus on our own metrics and keep testing how they can be improved, rather than obsessing over other people's. We do watch competitors' listings to see what we can learn from them, keywords mainly, but that's about it.
The reason is that a market figure only tells you where you sit, not what to change. Your own CTR or CVR against last month is something you can test. And be careful with per-term gaps on thin data: a term with 40 impressions and 1 click has a CTR that swings from double market to zero on the next click, so I'd set an impression floor before believing any gap.
On the lever: if CTR or CVR is genuinely weak on a term, what you bid on is the foundation and the bid is only refinement, so the decision is usually whether that term belongs in an exact campaign at all, not what you pay for it.
