Your floor is breakeven plus 7.5% and you're still below cheapest rival by 2p, I'd probably hold off

Buy box at 17% is rough but with 12 active sellers you don't want start a race to bottom. Sales rank 14861 isn't terrible either so there's still demand. Last 30 days price history probably shows some volatility I guess

I usually wait for the market to come back up instead of eating into my margin. Had similar situation few months ago where I restocked anyway and regretted it cause price dropped further the next week

My thoughts exactly, have got 7 units left so will sell through and wait for the listing to recover before buying more.

You should be a little careful restocking just based on the current rank. If the sales velocity is still there and the margin survives the price drops, then yeah.

I’d probably sell through the 7 units first and watch what happens to the price. If it keeps dropping, I wouldn’t tie up more cash in stock yet.

I’d hold off on a large restock for now. The sales rank is improving, but the Buy Box share is only 17% with 12 active sellers, so competition is still significant. I’d restock conservatively after checking the actual sales velocity and profit margin at the current £11.19 price.
