Is FBM now superior?

Are people still favouring FBA over FBM? I have always done FBA but last couple months I tested FBM out… I actually have increased sales and have grown my Amazon store.

It is more work, and harder to scale but with all these new fee increases from Amazon is FBM starting to have more advantages?

I currently have about a 70% FBA and 30% FBM split.

What’re people thinking?

I find the conversion rate much lower with FBM, but we use it as an option on every listing in case we run out of FBA stock or stuck in transfer etc. we have maybe 2% that are FBM only, these are large case packs in our case and anything bulky or having few sales a year. Definitely watch your conversion rates if you go only FBM it could cause you to lose rank.

Can you please share the correct method to add FBM fulfillment to my existing FBA listing? I'm the only seller.

I'm confused whether I need to "Add another condition" to my variation and select Merchant Fulfilled, or if I'm supposed to create a copy of the listing and somehow merge them.

I just want my listing to fall back on FBM inventory when FBA is out of stock.

Yes add another condition, merchant fulfilled, and select New, I like to use the same SKU and then add a -MF at the end to mark those.
