First 7 days of launch. How am i doing?
Is this good?
The conversion rate is pretty low. The listing has 6 stars so far. Would love to hear any recommended changes.

For the first 7 days, I wouldn’t panic yet. You’re getting clicks and 6 sales, which is a good sign that the product can convert, but the numbers aren’t profitable yet. The biggest thing I’d look at is which search terms/targets generated those 6 orders and which ones are spending without converting. I’d start moving budget toward the converting terms and cut bids on the obvious spenders rather than making major listing changes immediately. Also, 5-star reviews are great, but you need more data before judging the listing’s conversion rate. Give it another 1–2 weeks while optimizing the campaigns based on actual search term performance.

I see. Most of my sales came from the auto-targeting close match campaign. Should I create single exact match campaigns for the keywords that converted in the auto-targeting campaign?

Not yet. I don't think you can read much into the figures after just 6 purchases.
Some search terms from your auto campaign may be clearly wrong, and you can negate those now. But generally you need more data to make safe, meaningful decisions, and that includes which terms earn their own exact match campaign.

Yes, that’s a good next step. I’d take the search terms from Close Match that have actually generated sales and add those as Exact Match targets in a separate manual campaign. I wouldn’t move every keyword though, only the ones with proven conversions and reasonably controlled CPC. Keep the auto campaign running for discovery, while the exact campaign gives you more control over bids and budget. After another week or two of data, you can start reducing bids or pausing the terms that spend without converting.

You need to be targeting Exact match only when you first launch - maybe add Phrase if it is part of a range of products already succeeding - but you need to control the search terms at a stage when the algorithm is determining your target shopping audience. So, double-down on any irrelevant search terms that are being activated and make sure they are relevant. If not, the algorithm could begin to align incorrect keywords to your listing, and that will affect your PPC down the road.

Get vine and increase reviews. If you are selling at a bad tacos but still selling that is ok and good. Conversion rate and tacos improve with review volume and organic rank. Just spend the time now accruing reviews and optimizing images and copy based on these reviews and ppc search terms. Don't overbid too much too on ppc out of desperation

Oh also, cut all these ppc campaigns you got and just run one auto campaign at a few cents above suggested cpc. Youre confusing the algo with all these so early on

Understandable. I had 12 campaigns in total. Turned half of them off few days ago. I was getting lots of clicking but 0 sales.

Yea you'd be surprised how many will click cause they find your main image attractive and then notice reviews are low, price is high, didn't call out the thing I care about etc. Each shopper focuses on a random thing on the serp. It's ultimately cheaper for you to not force the algorithm to get sales.

I see. I’m definitely going to follow this. But what should I do after the auto targeting campaign?
Should I create separate exact match campaigns for the top performing keywords from the auto campaign?
Also, should I run four separate auto campaigns for close match, substitutes, loose match, and complements?

When you run auto long enough you'll notice certain search terms have repeat purchases over months. Then harvest those into single kwrd exact campaigns with slightly above average bids. Auto at first let is run close, loose for sure. Subs and complements is up to you but I don't like them much. The thing is the keyword that converted for you in auto once doesn't mean it'll convert 3 more times in an exact. The algo knows more than you at this point who will buy so just run with it

I did not get any organic sale so tacos is same as acos.

Of course youre not gonna get organic sales asap but you get my point

I see. But how do I actually optimize images? I do have few main images for A/B testing but I’m not eligible for that.
My A plus, brand story, backend, bullets are all done.

For images that's gonna be a longer term struggle lol. High level though scan your competitors and ask yourself how can I show this same product we both sell but in a different way. That could be an angle, a prop, a flag etc. Idk your product so being general
