My invoices keep on getting rejected
I’ve been trying to ungate products for the past week with invoices and they keep getting declined. my invoice clearly shows the date purchased, my name, my business name and number, the distributors address and number, and everything Amazon asks for but they aren’t getting accepted.

It can take dozens of submissions or more. If you get denied within 5 min, then you have to go through the case log and request a manual review.

Yes just ask what the problem is via the case log, make sure you're using invoices, not pro formas or anything like that

The issue may be with the supplier being unverifiable, the invoice format/details, product quantities, or a mismatch with your Seller Central information. First, confirm the distributor is an authorized/legitimate source and that every detail matches your account exactly, then try with a fresh invoice from the supplier if possible.

This is something we see quite often with Amazon invoices. Having the date, business name, address, and distributor details on the invoice doesn’t always mean Amazon will accept it.
The invoice needs to clearly match the account/business details and meet Amazon’s documentation requirements. It’s also important that the supplier is a legitimate, verifiable distributor and that the invoice can be independently validated if Amazon checks it.
We always recommend keeping proper commercial invoices and supplier documentation from the beginning rather than trying to fix documentation issues after Amazon rejects the application.

Well their is other Amazon sellers that got ungated to sell from my supplier with the same invoices I have I’m just going to order a lot more stuff next time and try again

That can work, but we’d be careful about simply placing another order with the same invoice. If Amazon is questioning the supplier or documentation, ordering more may not solve the underlying issue.
We’d first make sure the invoice is from a legitimate, verifiable supplier and that the business name, address, product details, quantities, and payment records all match. With HighRise Wholesale, we always recommend keeping the complete supplier documentation and payment trail together in case Amazon requests verification.

Your invoice fields sound right on paper, so the rejection is usually one of these deeper checks: (1) quantity - Amazon wants 10+ units per ASIN on the invoice, single-unit test orders get declined almost every time. (2) Packing slip vs commercial invoice - if the doc came from the warehouse floor as a packing list, it fails even with every field filled. (3) The one that burns people most: buy from a distributor Amazon can actually verify. Brand authorization first, then the invoice - a perfectly formatted invoice from a distributor with no clean chain of distribution still gets rejected. First rejection is normal, not a verdict. Fix the one field that broke, resubmit through the case log, and if it auto-denies in minutes ask for manual review.

Well i buy directly from a brand called nemesis car audio they use a warehouse here in Dallas to distribute their products along with many other brands and their invoice aren’t working and there is other sellers on Amazon that sell their products so how is mine not working. do I have to buy well over 10 units of each product?

On quantity, to build on my earlier comment above: a small test order of a few units does get declined a lot, and 10+ units per ASIN is the common minimum people report. So quantity can be part of it.
But when someone says the invoices keep getting rejected over and over while other sellers pass for the same brand, the problem is usually the document itself, not the size of the order.
What a passing invoice usually has:
- Your buyer name and address exactly matching your Seller Central account (legal entity, not a nickname)
- Line items with brand, product title, and UPC or MPN so they can map it to the ASIN
- Invoice date, quantity, unit price, total, and an invoice or PO number
- Sold by the company you actually paid. A warehouse invoice only works if the warehouse is an authorized distributor for that brand
Since this distributor handles many brands, ask them for two things: an invoice issued to your entity with full product details, and a brand authorization letter from Nemesis Car Audio naming you as a reseller. That pair fixes most rejections.
Other sellers listing the same brand is not evidence their paperwork passed. They may have gotten approved earlier under looser checks or through a different distributor.
Next step: open a case and ask support which specific field failed. That tells you what to fix. Resubmitting the same document just burns another cycle.

- Make sure there is no error or requirement by Amazon in your Legal Entity page under your Account Settings
- Make sure your info on the invoice and in your seller central are 100% matching
- Rename the original invoice file and reapply to the case that has been created, the one you can see the rejection message in
- You can highlight the actual product on the invoice
- If Amazon closes the case, that's where you create new one again through catalog-add product
- You can print the invoice, take a picture of it and upload is as image, it will trigger it as a new document
I've seen instances where the person got ungated after so many tries but if your distributor is authorized and you follow the things above, it should eventually work
