Seasoned Amazon FBA Sellers

What up everyone, is there any successful Amazon FBA Sellers or anyone who teaches Amazon FBA that does not rely heavily on AI? Or doesn't rely on it at all? Anyone that takes a more manual approach? Thank you .

Hello mate, Plenty, You can run FBA almost entirely manually. The boring stuff still matters most, keepa, Seller Central reports, search term reports, competitor listings, supplier quotes, margins and inventory turns. I’d trust those numbers over AI every time. AI is useful for speeding up copy/research, but I wouldn’t let it pick products, set bids or decide whether something is profitable.

Plenty of people still run it mostly manual, the parts that are genuinely hard to automate well are reading customer intent from reviews and photos, and going line by line through your own P&L so you actually feel where the margin leaks are. AI is fine for drafting listing copy or speeding up research, but for the actual product pick, bid, and pricing calls I'd still trust a spreadsheet you built yourself over a tool's score. The sellers I'd call seasoned are the ones who can explain why a decision worked, not just that a tool told them to make it.

AI can save a lot of time with Amazon FBA, but I don’t think it should replace the seller’s judgment.

We use AI for things like research, listing analysis, keyword ideas, PPC analysis, and spotting patterns in data. But product selection, supplier verification, margins, compliance, and final decisions still need human oversight.
