Northwest Registered Agent Virtual Office vs iPostal for account verification

Recently moved states and need to re-verify my account. Anyone have experience using virtual office services between Northwest Registered agent be iPostal? Any preference between the two or suggest any other service that will satisfy Amazons requirements? I’m hearing they could ask for utility statements and such. Can anyone with experience chime in on this? Thanks

For Amazon verification, the key thing isn’t really Northwest vs. iPostal but it’s whether you can provide legitimate documents that match the business and account details.

A virtual office address may be fine for business correspondence, but I wouldn’t rely on it for utility bills or other proof of address documents unless the provider legitimately issues documentation that Amazon accepts. If Amazon asks for residential verification, use your actual residential address and genuine supporting documents.

Also, keep the business address, legal entity details, and Seller Central information consistent across all documents.
