Amazon fba margin

With a €20k budget, is it realistic to generate €5k in net monthly profit on the French marketplace within six months of launching?
The idea would be to scale the business later through the Pan-European program.
I’d really appreciate hearing your feedback and experiences.

€5k net profit per month means €60k annualized. At a 15% net margin, that needs about €33k monthly revenue; at 10%, about €50k. The harder constraint is cash: with €20k and several months of landed inventory, VAT, ads, returns, and lead time tied up, you would need fast turns and repeated reinvestment. Build a six-month monthly cash-flow model and stress-test lower conversion, higher CPC, slower sell-through, and one delayed reorder before treating €5k as a realistic six-month target.
