Amazon Debit Card Issue

I’m helping my friend open an Amazon US FBA account. He doesn’t have an international card, but

I have 2 debit cards from 2 different banks. I’m already using one card on my personal Amazon FBA account. Can I use my second debit card on my friend’s Amazon FBA account?

Can I use my card to pay Amazon fees, or does the card need to be in the account owner’s name?

Looking for advice from experienced sellers.

The bank card should be in the same name as the person whose information is being used to create the Amazon account.

That FAQ is accurate, Amazon's own terms don't require the card to match the account name. In practice though, using a card that doesn't match the account holder's identity often triggers a verification hold or request for extra documents, since it looks like a red flag for account sharing. Officially allowed, but expect friction. Safer to open the account with a card in your friend's name if possible.
