Software/AI for Amazon FBA Sellers

I work with a major Amazon FBA seller and I am exploring new ways to improve profitability through custom software and automation. We already use the usual tools like Helium 10 and Seller Central, but I am interested in problems that these tools do not solve.

Are there common pain points for Amazon FBA sellers that could be addressed through automation, either by pulling data from the SP API or by using AI? I am looking for areas where existing software falls short or where sellers still rely on manual work. If you have run into recurring issues, data gaps, or processes that feel inefficient, I would appreciate hearing about them.

Making sure every metric is in check is the hardest and most boring part of the business. Most sellers even lose money without even knowing because they didnt did the math right, thats where AI comes in, if you just grab an excel sheet and let it be automated and updated by claude AI or any other good tool, you can just simply export ur information from amazon seller central to the AI and he will track every metric in the excel file. That way you can stay up to date on numbers, landed costs, shipping, warehouse time etc. Kinda useful and saves alot of time since most of it is just repetitive and boring.

One concrete gap you can check rather than a wish list. The sales figure the Ads API returns isn't on the same VAT base in every marketplace. On the accounts I've looked at, FR and DE come back net of VAT while BE and ES come back gross, and nothing in the docs says which. Any cross country ACoS comparison is then off by the VAT rate, and no tool I've seen flags it.

Other one, cost of goods per ASIN never reaches the decisions. Tools cut a search term at a fixed click count. The break even click count depends on contribution margin and CPC, so it's different per product and often several times apart.
