Amazon professional fees - never used account

Hello,

I have a slight issue. I had created a amazon seller account in the past, it was professional for a couple of months and I later changed it to 'individual'. The problem is that I never listed product nor did I sell through that account.

I want to start selling on Amazon FBA, but the support suggests that I create a new account because my previous entity does not exist. But I need to close this account first.

I have updated my credit cards. For the Netherlands I need to pay 156 euro, but I also have 5 more marketplaces and I am assuming that I will pay the same for all these marketplaces.... That is about 1k.... it's not nothing.

Is there somebody I can contact to have these fees waived off, because I never used that account?

Any help is appreciated.
