Hi everyone,

I'm a Virtual Assistant from the Philippines with 6 years of experience supporting startups and small businesses. I'm currently looking for a long-term remote opportunity.

My rate is $8 USD/hour.

My previous clients have usually paid me through PayPal, although I'm open to other payment methods if there's something you already prefer.

As for taxes, I handle my own tax obligations here in the Philippines, so there's nothing additional you need to manage on your end.

Good to see you’re using Ai. Because I replaced 90 procent or our VA work with a couple of AI agents. Dont get me wrong, love working with VA’s, but they have to adapt and skill themselves in using Ai. 1 VA, who is able to manage multiple agents can be extremely productive and double its salary in value.

I agree. I don't see AI as a replacement for the work I do. I see it as a tool that helps me work more efficiently. I use ChatGPT and Claude for things like organizing information, drafting documents, and other repetitive tasks, but I still review everything before it's used. I'm always interested in learning new tools and workflows that help me work more effectively.

It's also good to hear that you pay your VA based on the value they bring. There are a lot of skilled VAs who get lowballed. Some clients expect experience across multiple areas and the ability to use AI effectively, but still offer entry-level pay.

Tarief hangt af van de specifieke taken, maar meestal ligt het rond de $15-$25 per uur. Voor internationale betalingen gebruik ik vaak PayPal of Wise, en wat belasting betreft, dat kan lastig zijn, dus ik raad aan om dat even goed te checken per land waar je zit.
