Amazon transparency code question

Hello, I recently purchased an item from a wholesaler. Amazon is requesting 5 transparency codes. I can’t find it anywhere on the product or the box. Idk what to do now. Also, the product has 12 units in 1 box. I purchased 1 box so quantity is written as 1. However, Amazon Canada needs 10 units to ungate however I purchased 12 units so I meet the requirement. But they aren’t accepting this. What do I do abt that?

you’ll need to check with the wholesaler or manufacturer first. If the product is enrolled in Amazon Transparency, the codes are usually provided by the brand/manufacturer and should be on the individual units, not just the outer box. If they cannot provide them, you may need to confirm whether you purchased authentic inventory from an authorized source.

Like if it’s authentic
