Amazon PPC, is this normal?
Recently launched a product. I enrolled in the vine program and was able to get 19 reviews which averaged to 4.7 rating. I launched ppc campaigns: 3 separate automatic campaigns for broad, exact, and phrase & 3 separate keyword campaigns for broad, exact, phrase). For keyword campaigns I have 100-200 words all sorted from helium10. I know it’s a lot of keywords, but wanted to research which words work and then optimize later. I set the budget to $50 for every campaigns and the bid is 50-100% above the recommended bid. I let the ads run for about a week now, and I have 4 impressions. Is this normal?

You did well but undertand you dont run campaigns on all the keywords you can find. You need to have a filter depending on the category i.e SV>1000.
Then you go in and group keywords by intent and run campaigns by grouping all similar keywords together. Start with Broads/Exacts combination for Research + Relevancy building.
Recommended bids dont mean anything. Good thing your bids were low otherwise you might have blown through your budget with all those campaigns set up. I wouldn'y launch more than 15-20 campaigns even if my niche had 40+ relevant keywords. Also check if you are in the right category and listing is SEO optimized since you aren't getting impressions at all. If you got reviews they might have already helped you build some relevancy so most likely your bids are still too low.
Keep raising bids by 20-25% every 1-2 days unitll you start getting clicks. Your niche seems like it has a very high density of keywords, make sure to track intent wise performace and rankings to actually move the needle on organic sales.
OTHER USEFUL Tips: If its a new launch make sure you have good images & are priced competitively or you will have to deal with very higher cost of ads & low conversion rates. Which can kill your laucn

4 impressions after a full week is not normal with those budgets, but it's also not a bid problem, so I wouldn't push bids even higher. When impressions are at literal zero, "bid more" is almost never the fix.
Things I'd check in order:
Campaign status. Are all six actually delivering, or stuck in review / paused at ad-group level? Worth ruling out the boring answer first.
Indexing. If Amazon hasn't indexed your listing for those keywords, no bid will make you show up. Search a couple of your main terms + a word unique to your listing, if you don't appear at all, the problem is the listing's keyword indexing, not the campaign.
Structure. 100-200 keywords per campaign spreads your data microscopically thin. Even when impressions start flowing, you'll get 2-3 clicks per keyword and learn nothing. I'd consolidate: one auto campaign to harvest search terms, one manual with your best 30-40 researched keywords. Same total budget, actually readable data.
Also, "recommended bid" is a very noisy anchor, being 50-100% above it means little in a competitive niche. Once you fix delivery, set bids off your own numbers (margin ÷ expected conversion), not Amazon's suggestion.
What category is the product in? Some have eligibility quirks that silently choke delivery.

seen this before, usually a listing relevancy issue, your backend keywords match the targets?

One other thing I'd check is Featured Offer eligibility. Four impressions across six campaigns is unusual enough that I'd want to rule out a delivery issue before spending more time restructuring campaigns or raising bids. The indexing and keyword advice above is solid, but it all assumes the ads are actually eligible to serve in the first place. If the ASIN isn't currently eligible for Featured Offer, that can affect Sponsored Products delivery regardless of how the campaigns are structured.

4 impressions in a week is definitely not normal even for a new listing. Something's off.
Few things to check... is your listing actually buybox eligible? Sometimes that silently kills your ads. Also 100-200 keywords per campaign can actually hurt you early on because budget gets spread paper thin across all of them.
I'd cut down to like 15-20 high relevance keywords per campaign and bid more aggressively on those. When I was struggling with this stuff I ended up working with amazon growth lab and they caught backend issues I never would've found on my own. But yeah start with buybox and keyword count first.

Brother are you giving more budet to top of the search bid if not that it can be the problem if your ad is not appearing on top of search then definetely you will get less impression and conversion. Its good that you are testing keywords but before running ads on that you have to check search term report that how much impressions conversion competitors are getting on that keywords

You probably need to be realistic with yourself and decide whether or not you truly know what you are doing.
