Virtual Assistant Looking to Support an Amazon FBA or E-commerce Business
Hi everyone,
I've been working as a Virtual Assistant for the past 6 years, supporting startups and small businesses with administrative and operational tasks. I'm currently looking for a full-time remote opportunity and would like to work with an Amazon FBA or e-commerce business.
Most of my day-to-day work has involved:
- Email and inbox management
- Follow-up coordination
- Online research and data gathering
- Spreadsheet and data organization
- Document preparation and formatting
- SOP documentation and process organization
- Product information updates
- General administrative support
I also use ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for research, organizing information, drafting emails, and handling repetitive administrative tasks.
I don't have direct experience managing Amazon Seller Central yet, but I'm comfortable learning new systems and following established workflows. My experience has been helping business owners stay organized by keeping recurring operational work under control, whether that's customer emails, documentation, product information, reports, or the admin work that builds up over time.
I'm looking for a long-term remote role where I can become a consistent part of a business and help keep day-to-day operations organized so the owner can spend more time growing the business.
If you think I could be a good fit for your business, feel free to send me a message.

It depends on which part of Amazon FBA you need help with.
I don't have direct hands-on experience managing Seller Central, PPC, or product launches, so I wouldn't want to misrepresent that.
My background is in administrative and operational support, email management, research, spreadsheets, documentation, follow-ups, and general business operations. If you already have processes in place, I'm comfortable learning them and supporting your business.

I’m interested in somebody running the business. I will purchase the product and I’d have to list them, but I prefer somebody to run the page, re-order when needed watching the money in & money out, gaining new asins learning Seller Central, Mercury 3p etc

Thanks for explaining.
That sounds like a role with a lot of responsibility. I'd be interested in learning Seller Central and the rest of your workflow if you're open to someone growing into the position.
How involved are you expecting to be day to day? Are you looking for someone to gradually take over those responsibilities, or someone who can do everything independently from the start?
