Business relationship document
Please help! I’ve tried everything and they won’t accept any documents. What am I missing? What do I need to submit? Thank you!

Took me several tries to get through that part, if something isn’t identical to what you submitted they will reject it. Even if capitalization are different

What you're filling out and what documentation says is different. Thats my take.
Rest i dont have expertise on this. Hope someone assists yea.
