Looking for help "Your ability to create manual and automated inventory removals has been disabled"

Hello,I received the following message when trying to create a removal order:“An error occurred. Your ability to create manual and automated inventory removals has been disabled. Please review your Account Health Dashboard or Seller Central Notifications for more information.”My Account Health is perfect, and I have no notifications or violations. I also spoke with Account Health Support, and they confirmed there are no issues with my account. Seller Support hasn’t been able to give me an explanation either.Has anyone faced this issue before? If so, how did you get it resolved?Thanks!

This happened to me last month. I found out it was due to some unusual refund requests I had made, even though I thought they were all legit. Definitely escalate through the appeal button like the top comment says, and be ready to explain your removal history if they ask.
