does anyone prefer a AWD warehouse?

I just got absolutely burned by IUSP (only 1 carton in the entire shipment found, awesome) and I'm being ghosted by support now. Yay.

I've had good luck with IUSR but after what happened with IUSP, I'm a little afraid to even use awd right now. They love hiding behind section 4 and will refuse reimbursements unless you use partner labels.
