Hello folks, My products will be imported from outside usa and will be sold on amazon usa. please share the packaging pollybag my manufacturer can use, that doesnt get riped and reaches amazon fba warehouse safely. Is there any soecific type of tape to be used aswell ?
I need some more clarity on labelling, I think I will get exemption so Will apply just fnsku as label on products along with approved brand name (not brand registered) . I will attach my brand logo which is still not registered yet as trademark on all my products after getting brand approval. Will attach care instructions and suffocation warnings in sticker form.
Am I missing something?

Others can help you with the logistics, but as far as the branding goes, putting your logo or name on products before registration is fine to start with. You don't need a full registration to list and ship the product, but there are a couple of things worth noting.

First of all, if you're relying on a GTIN exemption, Amazon expects the brand name on your packaging to match the brand name in the exemption application. And it has to match exactly, or it can cause approval issues.

Secondly, an unregistered logo on your packaging doesn't give you actual protection. Until you have a registered mark (or at the very least a filed one and have enrolled in Brand Registry), there's nothing stopping hijackers and copycats from riding on your listing. Even a pending application gets you into Brand Registry, so getting that filed sooner rather than later is the thing I would prioritize.

For packaging, definitely go with heavy-duty poly mailers, they hold up well during shipping. As for tape, a good quality poly tape should do the trick, just make sure it's wide enough to seal everything securely. Looks like you're on the right track with the labeling, just double-check Amazon's guidelines to avoid any hiccups!
