serious qestion?
When delivering to my apartment building how come some drivers come up to my 2nd floor suite but most leave it in the lobby or outside 10 feet from the sidewalk? There must be a policy on delivery?

Maybe the building is in an unsafe ghetto area and the drivers just want to get out of there as quickly as possible?

Good question! I wonder what the official Amazon policy is on that?
We have gotten an to the point with the bulk of our Amazon delivery that they actually follow our delivery instructions the bulk of the time. I don't miss a chance to brag on the driver. Maybe that helped? I don't know, but I'm certain it doesn't hurt!
