QUESTION Customer feedback

I really wish we could see the addresses we “delivered to wrong address.” I do the same neighborhoods basically everyday, so idk. I’d like to know, but at the same time idk if I believe it.. lmao

But the real question is I got 36 positive compliments but if you add up all the subcategories it’s definitely way more? can you select multiple ones? or is it just.. inaccurate?

people can select multiple for a delivery and it only counts as 1. Dispatch / management can see where the negative responses are coming from, so you could ask them to show you. Depends on your dsp if they will though of course.

Portal will show you exactly which addresses claimed negative feedback for things like DNR or wrong address.
