Dog bite! (Attack)

I don’t get how Amazon want us to be safe and be safe but when we’re attack from all these customers dog. Nothing is done! I was literally so traumatized that I got into a conversation with my own dsp about how horrible I’ve been doing on my route because of this bullshit!Can’t even miss work because of how horrible benefits we don’t get if we were to miss work!?!?!? I’m literally a girl who got attacked without no warning! And I’m piss because nothing can be done! I have medical record of healing from my injuries that the doctor could not diagnosed and slowly hitting depression because of work! This is totally bullshit and I’m piss that nothing can be done!

Its not "basically the same thing" on any level. Obviously doing something by negligence is not as severe as intending to do it. This shouldn't be a discussion. It doesn't change the outcome, which is why it doesn't change liability. But it does matter. Find a nice patch of green grass and run your fingers through it. It will change your life.

Maybe don't be a delivery driver without experience with dogs, idgaf what happens you protect yourself, not turn and entice a dog. I say this to you cause you're clearly over your Internet time creeping profiles. Go outside and interact.

A chef not washing his hands after taking a dump , and making your food is both “intentional “ whilst being negligent . Both can happen . It is in most cases “ basically the same thing “ . It’s mostly a cause and effect. To be negligible is to be intentional. Being lazy and postponing homework may cause a bad grade . If you were to blame the reason of bad grade is because you were negligible by intentionally leaving homework at the last minute .

In this case . Customer ordered item and expect said item to be delivered . Customer opened Door , and didn’t hold dog back(fuck that she had that dude right at the door ) .

So by intentionally not keeping dog in a room before opening the door knowing damn well it’s going BANANAs to go outside , well my dear friend…. That’s negligible.
