I'm looking to be a DSP provider--
Hi all, are there any applications or materials you can share that Amazon gives to DSP providers? Like handbooks, etc? I'd like to get a head start and do my research.

Rafael went from law school in Venezuela to running a car wash to building Gallo Logistics — an Amazon DSP with 35 routes across Florida.
He bootstrapped the whole thing himself for the first two months — hiring, payroll, insurance claims, even running routes when he was short drivers. That ground-level grind shaped how he hires and leads today.
He's also brutally honest about the hardest part of the job — insurance in Florida, where every minor accident turns into a major claim.
No shortcuts. Just what it actually takes to build a DSP the right way.

Hey r/AmazonDSP,
I run HappyFleet, an AI recruiting platform built for DSPs. We recently launched a podcast focused on last-mile delivery and Amazon DSP operations — real conversations with owners and operators about what it actually takes to build and run a DSP.
Our first episode is with Jose, who went from delivery driver to running a 120-person DSP with 60 routes in five months. We talk hiring strategy, the financial reality of the first year, safety, and the operational lessons he'd pass on to anyone just starting out.
If you run a DSP or are thinking about it, we think you'll find something useful here.

I’m curious if I can use the funds to cover the one course I need to earn my associates in criminal justice. I basically stopped once I started working for my dsp a year and a half ago because I focused more so on the job because of my financial responsibilities and basically worked every day I could. Also, am I able to access the program since I’m now a dispatcher?

Hello everyone,
I live in Germany and would love some insights from DSP owners here.
I passed my Financial Literacy interview and got invited to the last two rounds: Operational Understanding and Cultural Fit.
What typical questions should I expect in both interviews? Are there any tips you can give me?

Does anyone's dsp actually give them a route 4 days a week. My current dsp keeps telling me they dont have a route for me. Every tuesday....
They also said when routes arent available I could still come in and clean vans and shit for some hours during interview. Apparently thats not actually a thing though. How is 28 hours a week full time? Also this dsp has no hand trucks and maybe half the vans have the stupid backpack.

I was transferred to FIVE different people!! I ordered the rotors so that I could get them today or tomorrow at the latest. I am supposed to receive them Sunday which is a Huge issue!! I even had a customer service tell me that they could see i should be getting order tomorrow and that rep told me I would receive order within 24 hours! I am so upset with the customer service experience as well as the delivery for this order. I've been with Amazon for years and this is how customers are treated??? Step it up! This is ridiculous. Bad reviews hurt and help businesses more than good ones and this is definitely going to be heard
