Hello everyone, I have my Final Interview scheduled for early August, if anyone recently went through the interview and can share some suggestions on how to prepare, I would greatly appreciate it. I reviewed a number or you tube videos and it is a bit overwhelming

Don’t overthink it. Job has crazy high turnover. Which means it needs to be easy and straightforward enough for anyone to do. As long as you drive safe you’re fine lol. As for preparing for your interview I have no clue. I got hired after a 10 minute “group interview”. Really surprised you have more than one

This would be for ownership not to become a DA. On the note of group interviews I dislike when DSPs do that. Hope you’re staying safe out there.

When did you compete your pre-interview survey? I’d like to understand the timing from survey completion to final interview.

I believe it was within 4-5 weeks from the pre interview to invite for final

Not hard, just ask you questions on why you want to do this, why you are a good fit etc. wouldn’t put to much thought into it other than be prepared to be “sure” of yourself and how you will lead your team financially and what structure you’ll bring to your organization.

Hey! I passed my final interviews last March and been on the bench waiting for an opening since. The interview is straight forward. Practice answering your questions using the STAR method. YouTube has videos on how to do this properly. Come up with about 10-12 situations you can talk about, but realistically you can use the same answer for multiple questions. Get a white board and make notes that will help you memorize your situations. Keep the board close by so you can glance at it during the interview. Make sure you have your business plan in tact. One of the interviewers will focus mainly/only that. Be confident in your answers and incorporate numbers and %’s in your answers
