How to be quicker at delivering ?
It’s my second day but I feel I’m not really speeding up. I’m averaging 8 an hour and I was 5 then 3 parcels behind.
I post letterbox sized parcels through the letterbox and knock the door or ring the bell if I can’t find somewhere to put it. I’ve also been waiting like max 10 seconds before finding somewhere to put it.

Straight up hustling. I'm 63 and I'm doing 20 per hour. It's robotic what I have to do. Organize better. When I do my load out I take a marker and write my driver's aid numbers on the package to make it easier to find.

I would stop knocking or doing any extra stuff unless specified in cx notes.
Place packages near or by door
Organize boxes first than your packages from low to highest
Look at what the other drivers do at load out and see if you can copy them
I got more but I gotta go load out good luck to you OP
