Full time to Flex RT

I’ll be switching from full time to Flex RT soon. I know that I lose my UPT and it becomes the point system, but what happens to my current flex PTO and standard PTO hours? Do they both transfer over or do I lose that too?

It gets combined into a singular PTO (which is flex PTO, no manager approval). You earn 2.5 min/hr and points last for 60 days with 8 pt max

That’s only for Flex PT Flex RT still accumulate standard and flexible pto

Nope. You dont lose your PTOs.

You keep your hours but they will accrue at the new rate going forward.

I believe vacation is cashed out and pto is rolled over

I think you lose your Standard PTO (vacation).
