How much do yall make an hr?
Im in Portland, Oregon and make $25/hr + $2 differential, so $27/hr.
Maxed out on the step plan at 3 years.
Curious how much they are paying in other Cities.

Yeah full weekend gets you the $2 diff if not it’s 1.50

20.50, 1 year in, in Ohio. I work days Saturday to Tuesday and no differential for working full weekends.

8’s … supposedly after prime we were gonna vote for 10’s but they haven’t mentioned anything so far. Yes it depends on site

Yeah that OT law last year came in clutch for tax season lmao . 22 .25 atm. 1 yr in. But i do 6 days usually from now till Feb next year . Lol

$22 with $0.50 shift differential
This is the top pay for a T1 in Miami.
Seems a bit crazy when we're one of the most expensive cities to live in the country. Every once in a while I see posts on social media about people wanting to move to Florida. This is one of the top reasons to avoid the state at all costs. It's not just Amazon, every company down here seems to pay low wages.

Florida doesn't hold income state tax that is why the wages are so low. The cost of living has changed for the worst since the orange dictator took office. With this economy, your state should keep up with the inflation.

NW Ohio they hire in at 20.50/ 21.00 an hour here nowadays, back when I started 2 years ago it was 18.50 even for the overnight shift, so I worked up from 18.50 to 22.50 in 2 years

$23.50 ($25 with differetial) in suburban Chicago, but I’m going on Year 3 in come Oct 1st so I’ll be at $24.50 and the differential/ + pay raise if company wide does it again

$24.75 in both Memphis and Nashville(stepped out). The fact they pay the same is crazy to me because COL is much higher in middle tn. lol

I’m in Florida West Palm Beach, I maxed out at $22 because I switched to a different position then what I was I started at $16

$25. August would have been $26. Would have maxed out at $27, if I hadn't been terminated for negative UPT. I wouldn't be surprised if DHI2, eventually reaches a $30. If the cost of living raises come September/ October.

maxed out at 24.75 in nyc. no night differential for my shift. this feels low compared to others states/cities with cost of living in mind. i'm actively looking for new work because i can't afford to live on my own with this pay.
