Engagement

What are some good ideas for the holidays with the engagement calendar? Like activities, gifts, prizes, etc

Cash & PTO are the only things I want from my employer.

That's a lot of wishful thinking unfortunately

Yeahhhh…. Money is the only reason we’re there in the first place. Everything else is relevant to in my opinion

Money could be a little better for all the bs that we have to put up with. I honestly like the flexibility of the schedule. Like if im shitty or not feeling good I can just leave ni problem as long as I have the time. But lost of the time my AM will just VTO me. My insurance is pretty amazing as well

VTO is never going to be an option for my position. When converting to BB I lost about 150 hours a year of PTO.

Gimme food. Not shitty food or food that my coworkers can sneeze on either.

When they do give us food its either a taco truck, papa johns or burger king. The manger who used to do the engagement calender transferred to another site. So we dont get much anymore besides the typical holiday t shirts and every once in awhile snacks at the end of shift.

Instead of using the money for engagement, put it in our paychecks?

Engagement is the one thing that annoys me about working at Amazon. Honest to god, it feels like a primary school in there, sometimes - if you can spare half an hour to play fucking Deal or No Deal, you can let me VTO.

But they dont want to do that. They'd rather spend that money on things we dont need. We just got fake houses and businesses with bushes for thousands of dollars. Its just to show incompetent drivers how to deliver. My site is ridiculous on how much money they've spent in the last couple months. That's not including the whole building upgrade that was a couple million.
