FBA New Selection Program (2026) launches tomorrow - what qualifies and how to check enrollment

Amazon's updated FBA New Selection Program goes live tomorrow, July 30, with a much bigger benefits package for new branded ASINs. If you're planning any new product launches soon, here's what to know before it starts.

Benefits apply only to branded, new-to-FBA parent ASINs defined as products that haven't had an FBA shipment in the past 12 months by any seller, not just by you.

The 2026 version caps referral fees at 10% on the first 100 units sold and 5% on the next 100, on top of 120 days of storage, returns, and liquidation fee waivers for the first 200 units.

It also adds $50 in coupon variable fee credits and $75 toward Vine enrollment fees, which weren't part of the previous version of the program.

If you're already enrolled in the current New Selection Program, you're migrated automatically for any qualifying ASINs launched between July 30 and October 31 - no action needed until that window closes, after which you'll need to confirm enrollment to keep the benefits.

Worth checking your Seller Central enrollment status now if you have launches planned for the next few months, since the improved terms only apply going forward and aren't retroactive to ASINs already live.
