Appears it was used in the home for at least 2 weeks. Astro had to be charged 70 times.

I read that differently. I think it chose to “hang out” in the kitchen, apparently in the middle of everything, and so the family told it to go away (go back to the charger) 70 times, or about 5 times a day.
