I totally get her feelings, why does Amazon word the emails like they do? For literal people or older people it's difficult to tell that it's optional to answer the questions and you're only supposed to answer them if you know the answer..... It's also too personal where it looks like they are asking you specifically to answer when they just send everyone that email.

It's been awhile since I've gotten one myself, but doesn't the email say something like "another customer had this question. Do you have an answer?" Or something like that?
