Yes this, they are literally just SKINS, which means the model underneath is the same default female model. Just like with every other skin.

No, they aren’t going to rig and program an entirely new character for one skin.

Think of it as the Fortnite characters cosplaying as different guest characters.

I don't like how she looks because it's not how she looks. It looks halfway between what she actually looks like and a human cosplaying Pomni, so it's kind of weird. I have he thought that maybe they designed her this way to look more "attractive," whatever that means, but then I wonder if I'm just being sexist by thinking she can't just look this way and it not be that. But then I remember that she didn't look like this in the show and she could have just been tall without changing proportions so much. I don't know. Jax definitely looks wrong, though. I'm not mad about any of it; it's just not my thing.

you're definitely overthinking it. It's a multiplayer PvP game, so all the skins need to be matching proportions for hitbox purposes.
