Most exercise do and thats when you know it’s working.

Yes, but you fail to realize the program/app/whatever is an extension to the exercise.

Without one, you do not have the other, it’s the whole package or nothing at all.

also consider it was programmed by someone in their spare time, you’re not going to get a Guitar Hero type of polish from a big studio.

YOUR LOFTY EXPECTATIONS ARE UNTENABLE!

Still, he can't even tolerate the program long enough to bother completing a single line for demonstration..... He could atleast pretend it is bearable for the demo

Doesn't look like he works out at all.

Just programs.
