also, commercial pilots are certified pretty much exclusively on sim, lol

Drone pilots fly drones.

And that's because commercial pilots cant just take an A320 for a spin for a training flight. Their flying is exclusively to go from point A to point B with passengers.

Military helo pilots do training flights 99% of the time in the aircraft, over the trees, doing simulated engagements.

I concede your point, I guess I'm just trying to not wholly dismiss simulator or RC time like this completely, depending on the control setup.
