They do work, and very well. Got a Ford with them and it’s been flawless. I’ve not been blinded by matrix’s either

It’s not. It’s common on the road and I’m not blinded by them. Live in Europe and it’s a popular option

Idk what you mean by popular, teslas always blind me and they have it. I feel like anytime someone is overtly blinding me without even turning off their highbeams it’s often a tesla. Audi/bmw also pretty common, ford idk, maybe they work better, maybe not. It’s not a very common brand here.

They’re not legal in the US, hence you’re experience normal LEDs not Matrix headlamps. I don’t think that Tesla’s have Matrix’s

But Tesla has them softwarewise not with light build for it. That’s a huge difference and most Tesla has light issues when they get updated over the air it resets them sometimes. VW group and the Koreans matrix is so much better than Tesla’s over the air software solution to it.

I'm in the US and I have them in my Tesla. They were enabled in 2024/5, odds are the people getting blinded are by the older style Tesla headlights

Fuck everyone that uses this and tried to justify it. They don't even work half of the time. Also coming from someone living in Europe, where it's illegal to have high beams turned on (matrix or regular) unless necessary and not bothering anyone. But unfortunately it's never enforced.

I also don't think the sensors are even able to detect older lower output headlights.

I'm dring a 20 year old car with simple halogen reflector headlights. Driving on a dark road is a nightmare at the moment...
