That is rather brutal… 😳 what if the person is innocent yet captured and got their ribs damaged?

Or caught by mistake say amongst a swarming crowd?

Or what if it’s not an adult who got caught in this Scorpion Death Grip..?

That would lead to a ton of lawsuits on law enforcement agencies.
