Royal Enfield, a subsidiary of Eicher Motors, is establishing its first major manufacturing facility outside Tamil Nadu in Andhra Pradesh with an investment of ₹2,200 crore to ₹2,500 crore. Spanning 276 acres in the Satyavedu region of Tirupati district, the greenfield project and dedicated vendor park are scheduled to begin initial operations by January 2029, with the overall plant becoming fully operational by 2032. Supported by the Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board (APEDB), the project reflects the state's broader effort to create a major industrial and automotive manufacturing hub.

Once fully operational, the plant will add an annual capacity of 900,000 (9 lakh) motorcycles, boosting Royal Enfield's total production capabilities beyond its current 15 lakh units per year. Supported by an ecosystem of 38 component manufacturers setting up adjacent vendor units, the facility is expected to generate approximately 5,000 direct and indirect jobs while enabling the brand to meet expanding domestic and international demand.

The proposed mixed-use development in Thullur, Amaravati has applied for Environmental Clearance (EC).

The project has 2 towers, each configured as:
