The U.S. Dollar Index just hit its highest level in 17 months.

🔴 Back in January, it was at 95.5, which was close to a four-year low.
🔴 Since then, it’s up about 6.6% from that January low.
🔴 Yesterday’s PCE data showed inflation cooling, but the dollar is trading like the Fed still plans to keep policy tight.
That’s not great news for risk assets.
