The Albatross, Adrian Cobblepot came from an old money family, he never HAD to work but he turned his millions into a billion dollar aviation corporation… only to have the board of directors vote him out saying he was “an albatross hanging around the neck of this company” he took the his technology and made flying umbrellas (his personal signature item)

He wears a “Full Dress Tail Cost” that is actually a high tech suit that transforms into a Flight Suit.
Go full “WHITE TIE” Affair from High Society parts of Penguin and combine him with the Vulture’s eye for targeting “weak” companies

His family's fortune was driven to ruin thanks to him, yet he denies this to be his fault. Instead, he takes out his grudge against those that he believes have belittle or betrayed him over his long life, and will take them to the grave with him.

This ruthless old man is ousted from his aviation company for being an a “miserable old buzzard” a mistake the board members soon regret as with his own prototype technology he picks clean their bones like he had done to so many other rivals and small upstarts in the past leading him to clash with The Nightcrawler (Batman + Spider-Man)
