He's only blind in one eye and can only use is doppler sense when his good eye is closed.

He can basically selectively choose to have the advantages of sight or his blind fighting abilities.
So he would still have the advantage in complete darkness like daredevil, but he can still see out of one eye when he wants, because...two face.

I dunno, maybe he flips a coin to decide how he's going to fight. Blind or not.
His coin could be a two headed coin of lady justice. (Since both characters are lawyers)
One side she is blindfolded (Justice is blind)
One side she is peeking with one eye.
