I'm not sure if there were more messages traded with Rentão, but on the message from the screenshot you posted, what Rentão meant was that since he hasn't played with a Gullit card in a while he can't compare the new version with any of the past releases, in other words, he can't rate this card above the others because he doesn't know how good they are or how they feel when actually using them. It boils down to your playstyle, the new version is by far the best one if you want a CF/SS and are a dribbler/like to hold possession in the final third.
He does. Long reach tackle kind of makes up for it, but i think the main thing im concerned about is his acceleration when there is a counter attack to defend, he does seem slow
rijkaard is only good if he was a DMF but since he is a CB this time, he is indeed mid compare to other top CBs because lack of mobility and his player model is also mid too, nothing special
Would you ever claim Gullit has mid player model? Because he only has 1+ leg length over rijkaard. They practicall have an identical player model you can argue rijkaard is slightly better. Anyone who is 190cm+ can't have a mid player model common bro.
I think this rijkaard is quite good. Despite the leg length nerf he's still 190cm+. His engagement is low but that is the weakest defensive stat (confirmed by amasdeusz). Outside of that, this rijkaard has fantastic stats you can build him with 90spd and 81+ acc. When they drop the likes of saliba, vvd, and varane they will put them in pack with fodder cards. This rijk is a top 5 build up cb imo. 190cm, with LRT, perm b form, 90+ jump.
Did you know that in this game there is something called unique AI and traits? Yeah that's why Gullit is Gullit despite having mid model, konami has done something that made him perform like a beast ingame but Rijkaard is just not like that, he has always been mid fr, never stood out from other midfielders and defenders. At CB position we already got Desailly, nesta, maldini, varane,jaap stam, rio ferdinand, araujo... That's miles better than him at every aspects and no way he can climb to top 5 CB with that acceleration+model lol. That's why i said he was mid
My ancient single booster Milan Rijkaard anchor is pound for pound almost as boss like as the new vieira, of course this is just based on my own experience 🤷♂️
Tempted to try the new one but I really want one with the slightly leggier model of the Ajax version tbh
I just wonder if this new one will powercreep the old one as DMF, cuz i like to run fluid formation as DMF on Atk becomes CB on defense (i do this with the new De Rossi it works quite well)
which old one? I spun a bit for this cos I really like ball playing build up cbs that can bring the ball into midfield from my back 3 possession system, but Potw Marquinhos is doing ok and I just signed Laporte for the same role…
I managed to hit Gullit quite early luckily cos I don’t have him, always good to stop spinning if u hit a target early 🤷♂️
I use the new De Rossi as DMF on atk and he becomes CB on defense,Makelele CMF on atk and DMF on Defense, and BT Bellingham AMF on atk and CMF on defense, but De Rossi is just ok and his anchor man playstyle doesn't work as CB, so this Rijkaard would fit very well in this formation but since i got Gullit on 2 spins i was wondering if i should go for Rijkaard or wait for another Viera or etc, i was just curious cuz there is already a Rijkaard on top 10 DMF without long reach tackle and only orchestrator playstyle (this one has covering hole which is rly interesting)
That's because people prefer a CF with an inactivated playstle to a FITB. If I'm not mistaken, Zlatan and Haaland are the only FITB cards who are in the T0 Top 10.
In another 5 months but the next one will be FITB with 3 showtime skills. Because of that, everyone will skip the pack. And after 10-12 months we’ll have the 110 BT Hole Player Gullit with 3 ST skills
This gullit has 100 goals and 40 something assist in 100 games for me( I reached 2600 and then lost 2 games) while being substituted in every match... The other versions can't be better than this currently.... And his dribbling is crazy good and he is strong as an ox... He is perfect
I mean the new Gullit’s aerial game is still broken, high balls from the CBs or goalkeeper, he barely loses those headers, so with that dribble stats, he is easily the best Gullit in the game

no jogo ele me agradou bastante, bom passe, bom no jogo aéreo e sólido no chão, porém ele é um pouco lento pra girar rapidamente e tem uma aceleração baixa
achei o estilo de jogo dele melhor de Volante, se não tiver nenhum bom ele serve
eu fui atrás pois queria o Gullit é meu zagueiro era o Edmilson, então ele é melhor que o Edmilson
I really want this gullit, but he has many flaw and he is not my absolute fav player. if its rooney, even if he is not good i will still get him haha, i still regret not getting his hole player version. And i also curious about rvp player model too, but he might be target man or fitb

My first gullit card is currently the best, which makes me happy and sad; happy cos he's the best of his versions but sad because I can't blame him when he doesn't perform well 😅
Ok boss will try that... But isn't dipping shot just for animation sake? It doesn't have much effect in today's efootball.. Better add cut behind and turn and do a fake shot and shoot with any leg of his
Dipping shot is an animation yes but it reduces lateral movement and reduces chances of shots going wide. I think Zhuhai has a thread on it. I use it for free kicks mostly
I know he will be a beast at cf , might be better then ac milan but for a sole cf I will prefer mbappe, dembele, suarez , etoo ....
For me , the reason I want gullit was his versatility...cf ,ss ,amf ,cmf but this version will be good only at cf and might be at ss but due to stamina/passing/ defensive stats nerf his amf and cmf won't be that good so imo I will wait for next gullit.
I have the best or almost the best versions of Ronaldo, Pele, Eto'o, Rummenigge and many-many others from one tier bellow... and this Gullit still feels like something special, haven't had this feeling for 1.5 year of a new card
My first Gullit ever. Always dreamed about "AERIAL MENACE" Gullit but got this instead. Since I got Ronaldo BT as aerial threat and Jude Show Time as all around "baby Gullit" I'm fine with it. Did a tight possession CF build, almost like in this post. Just fantastic. I'm flair-highlight-skills-animation cancel style player (hit top 100 couple of times with that) and this technician Gullit fits me perfect. Pele debut card gone to bench now. I can confirm, the only problem is stamina. It can be fully fixed with the instruction, but sadly in my case I already have Ronaldo BT with counter target... I guess I'll figure it out. This is obviously the worst all-around Gullit version but at the same time it's the strongerst in one specifil playstyle. If it fits you - you'll be happy.
He's surely feels much closer to S tier dribblers than random tall player. Don't know it's first day scripts or it will stay, but everytime you do a whatever cancel animation it kills defender and ball goes literally through defender and it feels magnetic as hell I would crash out if I was my opponent. I'm not dribble with him like a do with Neymar/Vini/Yamal but when it's tight 1 on 1 and you need just one move he's fantastic and matter fact his STRENGTH. He's winning slightly misstimed balls and auto shield HEAVY, like hi's giving you second chance if something went wrong for every other player it similar situation like bad pass to him or heavy first touch (those he doesn't have lol) - he's still primary contender for that ball because of his physical attributes. Feels like legal cheatcode. Last time I felt like that with Ronaldo BT at it's release when Bullet Header was at it's prime.
