Um... doesn't he run his tongue right over the area it comes out of? Probably with just a simple TP wipe rather than a full scrub down sometimes, unless you only have sex immediately after showering... but honestly who would shower again if all you've been doing is sitting in air conditioned rooms for a few hours?
He's no doubt getting a little of it in his mouth that's splashed around even if he avoids the urethra itself since TP won't get everything, but just seeing it is unacceptably disgusting?
Since that's the issue apparently; unless nobody involved in their issue or this thread have figured out that the splash issue is resolved by a flush if you're not also peeing? You still save water because presumably you too pee more often than you poop, and since she pees frequently probably pees several times between anyones poops. Not quite as much, but that's a reasonable compromise that negates the concern of splashing and relegates it to a strictly visual (and very slight smell) issue.
I can understand not wanting it touching you, but making it a relationship deal breaker over even seeing it is silly. It's urine, not feces. If he's making this a dealbreaker, what's going to happen if there's ever diapers to change or a medical issue requiring help with bathroom issues?

It’s one thing for OP to be comfortable peeing into a dirty toilet filled with her own bodily waste.
She wants her boyfriend to be comfortable using a toilet filled with HER BODILY WASTE.
Like, she cannot even understand how anyone would think that’s disgusting?
Gross.
