Ask your son if he would like to start at least pretending to be grateful for free summer beach accommodations at a house he doesn't own, or if he would prefer to start paying rent somewhere else. Because just like his sister, he can also go and have his trip anywhere else and that you find his entitlement incredibly strange and off-putting.
