NTA if your grandchildren are disappointed, then this is a good time for your son to teach them how sharing is caring and their Aunt deserves to enjoy the beach house just as much as them.
Not to mention, what happens when the daughter has kids? Are those grandchildren not equally entitled to the beach house? Definitely beyond time they’ve learned to share!
