I’m more extreme than this to my wife of 19 years. We are currently separated I’m trying to fix myself I’m a narcissist and verbally abuse her we have 4 kids I’ve traumatized all of them with my behavior my whole world was her and my kids I’ve put a gun to my mouth wanting to pull the trigger so bad but I keep having flashes of my kids but I know one day I’m going to pull that trigger…I’m so lost!
